A judge of a Supreme court can be removed when both houses of parliament pass not less than 2/3re majority of the entire membership and other house investigates the charges if they are proven then president should be removed. This process is officially known as Impeachment.

By the article of 124(4) of the Constitution , president can remove a judge on proved misbehaviour or incapacity when Parliament approves with a majority of the total members ship of each house in favour of impeachment and not less than two third members of each house present.
