myopia....or any eye related disorders ... caused by sufficiency of vitamin A ....so increase the intake of vitamin A and be conscious about ur eyes

. Eye exercises are way better than glasses, contact lenses, and eye surgery. At least they don't make your eyes worse or cut something off your lens that belongs there.
