Potential Resources are those that is developing and most scientists works on developing the work with the main attributes that signifies to the high excellence.

Potential Resource develops with real resource and grows with the organically so that there is also need for the right resourcing strategies based on different aspects.

The potential resources are the resources that are found in an area but cannot be used in present but in future. By the time and advancement of technology, the potential resource can be transformed into Actual resource, for instance, the wind power in Nagercoil. It was earlier a potential resource but during the course of time and advancement of technology, it became an actual resource.
