it can be done by meditation which keeps our anger mind calm.

teenage period is tough for people because they suffer from mood swings. And anger is the most constant one. So when one feels angry he or she she should inhale and exhale and came their mind or even better leave the scene to clear their head. and should remember they are humans and not some animals who get angry with even a small bark.
