We will use 1 weight of 500g, 2 weight of 200g, and 1 weight of 100g.

Given,

The total weight is 1kg.

The weights of 500 g,200g, and 100g.

To Find,

The number of weights used.

Solution,

In this question, firstly, we have to convert the 1 kg into grams.

So, to convert the kilogram into the grams

We have to multiply it by 1000.

1 kg = = 1 × 1000

= 1000 grams.

So, in the 1000 grams, it will be easier to use weights of all kinds,

1000 grams = 500g + 200g + 200g + 100g

It makes it to the sum of 1000.

We will use 1 weight of 500g, 2 weight of 200g, and 1 weight of 100g.
