➡️Iron can be magnetised by putting a piece of Iron bigger than the iron rod otherwise , it will get attracted towards Iron Rod !

To magnetize iron rod permanently wrap a coil of wire around it and connect it to a battery, this flow of electrons through the wire will align the molecules in the iron and make them line up with a north and south pole.

mani4488: by this we can just create magnetic field around the iron rod..we cant make it a magnet..i think this may not help my dear friend
