Animals are grouped according to which type of food they eat :

Herbivores :They depend for their nourishment on plant parts or products. eg:cow ,goat, etc.

Carnivorous :They consume other animals for their survival. eg:lion, tiger, etc.

Omnivorous :They consume both plant and animals. They can live on both diets.eg :humans, etc.
