Answer:

Ofcourse if your age and physique allows, you can also opt for paragliding and some other methods where special suits help you in gliding through the air.

Explanation:

You either can reach the sky by putting out your hand or never reach the sky because it is infinitely far away. It sort of depends on what you mean by the word ‘sky.’

The atmosphere of Earth is mostly Nitrogen gas. Where ever in the atmosphere that sunlight strikes this Nitrogen, we have a blue light. So in daylight the sky looks blue. If you reach out your hand in the sunlight, some blue light is coming from the Nitrogen you are touching, even though it is so faint you can’t see it. So you are touching the blue that creates the blue sky.

At night, the sky is black. The blackness begins about 100 miles up from the Earth’s surface. But the blackness is the absence of anything. You can’t actually touch it. It is space. And the space above the Earth’s atmosphere is about 13 billion light years deep. So if you are up there in space, you have to be protected from the vacuum, and can’t touch space.

If you are in space, you are in the sky. Have you reached the sky? Sort of. So if you can someday fly over 100 miles up, you can say you reached the sky.
