How can bail be considered unusual and cruel?

Accusing someone for a silly crime and not letting post bail is unusual though it's a "3 strikes" law that has been achieved.
If the person gets bail that far exceeds the person's financial capabilities then that person will be deemed flight risk and this is unusual but usual.
That person is considered innocent until crime is proved but in today's society if one is accused with any offence then who is already guilty in the public eye is screwed up.
This is cruel and unusual.
Only it inputs the bail paid in coffers of the courts but held till the final bail is activated.
This is unusual.
