How can be defined the countable and uncountable to collective noun.

The things which we can count is known as countable noun. For example - tables , chairs, books etc. The things that can't be counted is known as uncountable noun. For example- music, love, happiness etc.
Or
Nouns in the collective class can be used in either the singular or plural from depending on the context of the sentence. For example, family is a collective noun because it refers to more than one one person sharing a relationship or camaraderie.

the noun which can be counted is called countable noun .
ex . cow ,dog,etc
the noun which cannot be counted is called the uncomfortable noun.
ex oil ,water.
