Convex mirror is used to veiw a large area with a relatively less aperture. Which means that we are able to see a large amount of surroundings with less size of mirror hence this type of mirror is used as a shaving mirror and also as a mirror in vehicles.....

Yes , convex mirror act as a security mirror bcz
they are used for traffic improve visibility and avoid collisions.
It can also be used as a cctv temporary camera , for watching who is coming in and who is going out .
