It is a very big problem in our country that there are very less advancements in the rural areas with reference to technology. As the people are lagging behind due to the resources that are not with them which are required in this advanced era. So the main role in this problem is of the government , they have to organize schemes through which the rural people can be provided with these resources. The government should give the rural people loans at low interest rate so that they can take loans , the government should also arrange some money for the very poor people by collection of money ( like the PM cares fund ) so that the big businessmans and other rich people can also contribute in this . And also the common people also can contribute small small amounts.

Based on mine experience and belonging to rural area I would like to attempt.
1. Lack of Money and funds:
This is the one of most important issues for both guardians and school administration which is biggest hurdle in providing education to poor and under privilege areas. I shall to try bring some of the practices that can be followed to raise the funds.
-Alumni Culture:
College administration must track the previous students record and try to raise funds or indirect help from notable students. I am Rishab much sure this will help.
