A gamma ray, or gamma radiation (symbol γ or {\displaystyle \gamma } \gamma ), is a penetrating form of electromagnetic radiation arising from the radioactive decay of atomic nuclei. It consists of the shortest wavelength electromagnetic waves and so imparts the highest photon energy. Paul Villard, a French chemist and physicist, discovered gamma radiation in 1900 while studying radiation emitted by radium. In 1903, Ernest Rutherford named this radiation gamma rays based on their relatively strong penetration of matter; in 1900 he had already named two less penetrating types of decay radiation (discovered by Henri Becquerel) alpha rays and beta rays in ascending order of penetrating power.EMSL Analytical, Inc. offers a complete array of Microbiology Laboratory Testing services available at our nationwide laboratory locations. Our services include the analysis of fungi (mold), bacteria (Legionella, E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, etc), mycotoxins, endotoxins, allergens, pollen and particulates in air, swab, water, soil, bulk, dust, wipe, food and consumer products. EMSL also offers PCR Analysis for rapid pathogen detection.
The QA/QC program at EMSL ensures that you will receive scientifically sound, legally defensible data. Many of our microbiology laboratories maintain accreditation under the American Industrial Hygiene Environmental Microbiology Program (AIHA LAP, LLC - EMLAP) for the analysis of indoor air quality samples, amongst other microbiological analyses. Several of our labs are pursuing advanced accreditation under the A2LA and FDA GMP/cGLP program for food, dietary supplements, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical analysis.showing various image reconstructions. The top left image is the separate CT scan showing the anatomy. The top right scan shows the fused PET and CT scans with false color added to help interpret the image. The bottom left scan is an initial FDG PET image showing tracer hot spots in the neck and a lymph node in the right jaw due to cancer. The right bottom image is a delayed enhancement scan showing tracer uptake over time, with normal hot spots in the bladder, kidneys, testicles and brain, which normally have higher metabolic activity. The low-grade gray shading of the anatomy is due to the normal cellular metabolism uptake of the FDG throughout the body.Convenient infrared systems for portable and stationary application। Certified Service Centre। Camera comparison option। Products: Portable Infrared Thermal Imaging Cameras, Stationary Infrared Thermal Imaging Cameras .
