I think that the idea of “Equality” really must be studied and defined. I do not believe that there is a clear idea of equality simply because it is a Utopian ideal.

There is only one thing that make all humans, animals, and plants equal and that would be death. All that lives, dies. This is depressing but appears to be the only truth about equality.

On Earth, presently, we are still carrying on with tribal ideas of the Alpha Male or Alpha Female and how the rest of the people must bow to their superiority and their wishes. This used to be those two people whom were the absolute physical ideals of perfection.

This has all changed to a hierarchy of money and power. Those many, at the base of the pyramid are sacrificed for the benefit of the few, at the top - and even at that top there is no equality because the tip of the pyramid suggests one high point, and no other.

There is no system on earth that allows for equality. Sure, we will have some nations with Constitutions which declare all men (people) are created equal, but the reality is you always have someone who is another person’s boss.

Even if we look at relationships between genders, there is no equality. One always gives more or does more than the other person when building and keeping that relationship going.

If tomorrow every single human construct for the control of other people was to suddenly disappear and our lives were all based on merit, there would be no equality except in the exercise of trying to attain equality. If there were a Meritocracy, some would excel quicker and beyond another because not everyone puts-in the same time and effort to achieve some goal.

We are then left with the original conclusion that the only real equality is the grave.Rich, poor, beautiful, ugly - we all eventually end-up deal and in the ground.
