There are many methods but the most commonly used is by taking 2 colored water red anf blue. put a plant stem with a flower in the waters one in red and other in blue. keep it undisturbed for 1 or2 days. U will see the flower colored in red or blue. this shows the transportation in plants.

Water in plants are transported by xylem and phloem. xylem helps to transport water to leafs from root. Phloem helps to transport food prepared by the leaf to all part of the plant
