*. the whole system of the producer of food till the consumer of food should be properly maintained in each level as this include merchants and traders who extract the maximum profit which is not desirable
*. To over come these types of heralds the government has started to run its own ration ships where the poor get good grains at cheapest price.
*. The government should create a platform for direct sale of food grains by farmers to consumers without the intervention of traders or merchants
*. By doing so both the producers as well as the consumers will be benefited
