by the art of visualising i.e that to handle things in form of notes or alarms or reminders or appoint you parents or family to remember your essentials ....or call it out loud and stress it ....

Use a calendar for scheduling activities. ...

Send yourself reminders or alerts. ...

Try creating habits. ...

Avoid procrastination. ...

Identify distractions that lead to forgetting

Answer: Well, There are many ways in which you can decrease your disability of forgetting things.

You can use some of them which may help you:-

a. Be consious to each and every moment as possible: Do one thing at a time and avoid doing other things during that process. Keep your consoiusness on that particular subject or thing which you are working or studyng about.

b. Change your association: Try hanging out with other new people who have different mindset than your old ones and learn good things from them.  For example, if you change your circle to those who are attenton grabbers then just don't copy them. Think that why are they doing so. What's the reason behind it. The more you will do this, the more consious you will become to the present moment and your mind will become wider to see the things around clearly.

*God gives the sign when its the time to kick out some people from our life who drains our energy without any reason. You are the CEO of your life, Fire, Hire and promote accordingly.*

c. Do the mediation: Meditation helps us look at our life from the distance both physically and mentally. Mediation will help you in remembering things for longer term.

d. Be long term focused: Do NOT be short term focused. i.e, Do not do those things which will give happiness. Do those things whose bi-product is happiness.

Example: If you spent your time in maintaing your social media profile or thinking how much follower or likes you get than you are short term focused, it will give temporary pleasure but it is no use for long term. Similarly, If you spent time with the people those who love and care for you(like your mother) will give you trust and inner fulfillment of the heart in providing serice to them.
