3 vegetable spoons boiled legumes (eg soya beans, kidney beans or lentils)
1 mug of water
After dinner only a 1 mug of light drink, coffee or tea without sugar and only water.
It is also better not to take fruit, nuts and the like in the 2 hours before bedtime.
If you feel faint during the day, take a piece or 5 almonds or half a banana and chew it slowly. The weird "empty" feeling then disappears after a minute or 10.
The result
Even though it will not be noticeable immediately in the first days, but after a week you have lost about 1 to 1½ kg with the 1000 calorie diet. In the 2nd week you will lose about 2 kg. After these 2 weeks you will eat 'normal' again for at least 2 weeks without exaggerating. So no fast food, chips, etc. - just keep a healthy diet. By introducing a 1000 calorie diet every month for 1 or 2 weeks you can keep yourself on weight in a responsible manner. Obviously you do not forget to exercise enough.
