I would recommend you to watch more Hollywood movies for that because they help you to get better at pronunciation and for vocabulary just read novels a lot.
Also why do you want to change your accent. Be proud to be an Indian dude.

Hope this heps

First of all, you need to understand that it is a long long process to embrace another language’s pronunciation other than your native one as if you are not a native speaker. But, nonetheless, it is not unachievable. Just be careful with the vowels.

What you have to do is practice and practice only. It shouldn’t even be considered as practice. You literally have to be among the people whose pronunciation you want to embrace. But if there is no chance for you to move into the UK, the best move you can possibly do is to finding a native British English speaker and practicing with him/her several hours a day.

Learning the basics and essentials of the language and practice speaking it.
