You have 2 options:-

If your phone is minorly affected,

Uninstall Apps which you don’t recall installing
Clear the apps data on the phone before uninstalling under Apps>“the Malware app”>App data>Clear Data
Remove useless media files(eg. Good Morning Photos whatsapped to you by elderly people), to make the phone faster.
If your phone is almost dead,

Backup important files.
Switch off your phone, press the power button and the volume down key together to boot into your phone’s Recovery.

Use Volume Keys to navigate
Select the option that says “Wipe Data” or “Format” or “Factory Reset” Something like that.
Your phone will now take some time and boot
You will downgraded to the first android version your phone had when it was bought
Your phone is now cured
Note:- The phone’s battery should be more than 50%. for option no.2
