Look mate,in order to comment we have to be a moderator. I heard many people complaining that they can't comment or comments are banned but this is not true.

Comment is one of the special power that only moderators and people with positions above them has. We,normal users' can't comment as people start talking in comment which is a bad thing in a study place.

So, that's why it is being restricted to only moderators.
