First draw a line segment.
Draw a semicircle on it.
Draw 60° by putting compass needle on the point where the semicircle meets the line segment and drawing an arc with the same radius as that of the semicircle.
Mark the point where your arc meets the semicircle and draw a dotted line to that point from the center.
This is your 60° angle.
Bisect this angle to get an angle of 30°.
Bisect that 30° angle and you will get a 15° angle.
15° is the double of 7½°
Bisect the 15° angle and you have your 7½°angle .....answer
