You have to concentrate on subjects and continue studying for a better result in future

hello...

If are studying after a gap then you can't take a book a start to study.
You just have to Do it on a regular intervals.

for example ...
You want to study a whole chapter then just don't read it at once.

Break it into parts and each time when you complete your first part take a rest for 10min and then start to read the next one.
