How can I describe a fan's rotation with vector system?

hey bro!!
when a fan rotates it rotates in a circular motion and it is said that when a body is rotating in circular motion then the direction at every point is different, the direction at every point in circular motion is in the straight direction of that point.
so a fan rotating follows the vector system......
