how can i find the moles of Fe, if FeO has 1.10 moles?

i know FeO has a mass of 71.844 and I know Fe has a mass of 55.845... but how am I supposed to go from there to moles? am I supposed to divide by 6.0221 x 10^23? or am i supposed to convert it to something else before doing that?
