How can i get death certified if there is no record of 1967 in maharashtra?

=> Registration of Death Death certificate will be issued only if the death details found Registered in Maharashtra Death Records. If the registration not done within 21 days from its occurrence an affidavit stating the reason for the delay in registration to be submitted to the concerned Registrar of that area.
