how can i improve my concentration when i sit to study i always get diverted to phone please make a time table for me I'm in 10 class

its an effective way

1. take any newspaper.

2. chose any word like 'e' etc.

3. mark circle around e 8 in every line or in very word it comes

4. after that check how many times u skip that word.

repeat it

but sorry I have no time table at this moment.



but if u r addicted to phone then study from ur phone like ask google or you tube

I m sorry I can't make a timetable but can help u in telling you about some trick attention while you teacher is teaching in the class and come at home and revise the chapter on the topic you will buy your own understand it it's very easy just study for 2 hours but with attention.and also you can switch off your phone or not in silent mode till the time you are studying
