To improve one's writing and speaking skills for any language or rather, to improve in any skill for that matter, the key is to keep practicing. Read as much as you can. From newspapers to books, articles, magazines, whatever you get your hands on. This helps in improving both, your writing and speaking skills.

Imagine you’re off to a dream voyage. You’ve got your own ship, a handful of people at your service, a map that’ll take you to your destined heaven, and a tantalizing thought about the myriad experiences you’ll be bestowed with. Of course, it feels amazing moving through the route less taken, but wouldn’t it be an advantage if you get to know about the stories of the ones who actually made it there before you? Or even better, the fables of the ones who died committing mistakes in the same path. Well, writing is no different. Turning a blind eye to something as important as riffling through hundreds of books of different genres would be rather preposterous from your side in the long run, for you’d never know what worked and what didn’t. Of course there are people who are blessed with opulence irrespective of doing this, but if you’re going to master an art, why not dive in deep and pick up the pearls ? Fortunately, the internet has brought the world to your platter and there’s no need to hunt from street to street in search of your magic potion. Read like nothing else is important in the world, like nothing really matters. Listen carefully to people who share their life stories with you, for that’s what brings in the emotions when you turn them into words. Watch biographies and exceptionally made movies, for it’ll widen your perspective and bring copious flashy thoughts when you least expect it.
Now that you know how the world works and how things have always been, it’s time to pull the rabbit out of the hat. Irrespective of your inhibitions, those deep dark fears, and the constant cacophony of cynical social germs, pick up the pen/keyboard and start your first line. Let it flow and do not judge it. Let the sentences turn into paragraphs and paragraphs into pages. Don’t stop until you’ve poured everything that’s in your heart. And when the chatter inside subsides, stop right there and look back at your first ever marvel. Edit it, for poor grammar equals poor acceptance, and that equals forgotten forever. When you’re done, without expecting much, go on and publish. Even if it means that you garner one reader, that’s a win for you. Success which builds on strong and steady foundation lasts long. So don’t lament going by your initial take off, because every master was once an amateur.
hope it works , for any queries or doubts
