How can I improve my sleep and stress management?

u can manage stress by doing following things

listen music

talk with ur frnds

share all problems with them

don't keep all problems in your mind

exercise

do yoga

u can sleep by doing stress management

by being happy u can get sleep

Spend most of time with ur friends......Laugh from heart......Dont take tention about any problem.....Bcoz if u have solution of probldm then u do solution without being hyper or takig stress...But when u have not solution...Then u cant do nothing....If u cant do nothing then why u take tention.....So be happy,spend ur time witb ur friends and the person u like....Hope u understand...!!!
