practice makes a man perfect. so to speak English, just try to speak whatever you know. don't think about grammar. daily read English newspaper, watch English news, movies, read English magazines. try to use daily new English word in daily routine. communicate with ur self in front of mirror. create a group with whom u can speak English thoroughly without any hesitation.
