heya.
to attach the photos with a question.
- while writing a question there is an option of camera. u can click on it and then u have to take pic of that question. or you can pic it from gallery. { in app }
- there is an option of file click on it and add the picture of your ques. { in website }.

U can just copy and paste the photo
And
If u want to insert a photo in answer the button u need to press is in the following picture
Double click the button
