Installing PHP framework on windows:

• First step is to download WAMP on your Windows. You can download it through the internet using browser, Now download and install it's Visual C++ files.
• The libraries VC9, VC10, VC11 are required for Wampserver 2.4, 2.5 and 3.0. Note: You need this if you use only Apache and PHP versions with VC11.  

• Now, Download this files through Wampserver:

- VC9 Packages (Visual C++ 2008 SP1)

- VC10 Packages (Visual C++ 2010 SP1)

- VC11 Packages (Visual C++ 2012 Update 4)

- VC13 Packages (Visual C++ 2013)

- VC14 Packages (Visual C++ 2015)

If you are having this all Visual C++ files running in wampserver, then only you will be able to download the Laravel PHP framework.

Now, The next step that you have to do is Go to Settings > Advanced system settings > Environment Variables and then Add your path to the PHP exe file from the wamp64 and mostly chances are that, Wamp64 will be present in c:/wamp64\bin\php\php7.0.0

Now, download and install COMPOSER.... It will be available on the Getcomposer official website. And, through it now you can download and install Laravel PHP framework.

If you're having mac, then do this same steps but the change is the location of files will be different. Rather than it, Nothing is change in it....
