u can decorate it with sketches and u can add some pics , u can draw a picture of rakhi, u can make beautiful borders , u can write ur own experiences, u can write some beautiful lines on rakshbandhan.

Firstly make a nice border. Then write some message or some heart touching lines and add some pictures. To make it more lively you can paste a real Rakhi.
