I think u need specks
You can all the points you can only write meaning full sentences otherwise you don't get full marks.You want to write diary entry format very clearly.You want to write more than 150 words it must be meaningful sentence sometime teacher can verify paper again and again if you follow all this you get full mark
you r right v can also write meaning full sentence I doesn't sy that you r wrong or something else

See, dear english is something which we ( should) write from heart. And diary writing is writing about it feelings. So, write whatever u feel like. I do the same think and as I'I'm a topper of eng in my class I'I'll suggest u to do the same.
