intially start writing for 25 minutes .it doesn't matter how much you completed.but for other 5 minutes take rest .drink water.

next plan for other 25 minutes,this time plan for how much you have to write. then again take 5 minutes break. now write only for 20 minutes and 20 minutes break

continue this technique for 3 hours . then u will c the miracle .
