How can I plan to meditate daily give me some good tips to set a plan and timings about meditation I have already searched on quora but didn't get it somebody help me please :')

meditation is a mind that is single pointedly focused on a virtuous object and whose function is to make our mind peaceful and calm.whenever we meditate,we will perform a mental action that will cause experience to inner peace in future.
1.have a good environment
2.meditation is not about length,its about frequency
3.legs,hands and feet are to be maintained free
4.calm your mind and concentrate on amount of breathe you take in
5.make your body relaxed
