You could buy a hard spiky ball to keep yourself grounded, keep people who try to understand your condition close to you, you need multiple hugs every day, don't hide your emotions, scream if you must. Unfortunately it's a very hard state to be in. Talk therapy could help.I would personally advise that you stay away from psychiatry and especially mental wards. You're stronger than BPD.
