How can I solve thermochemistry changes of state/phase problems?

When a compound is changing phase, i.e. it is in a phase transition, it is in equilibrium. That means

ΔGtrs=0

. So:ΔGtrs=ΔHtrs−TtrsΔStrs

ΔHtrs=TtrsΔSHtrs
