Hey bro!

Step-by-step explanation:

Just read and apply this to understand it properly....

Recursive learning. Let us say you need to learn about a topic A. Now if A depends on B then you need to go a level deeper and do the same. As simple as this sounds, it really is the only way to truly understand anything (not just science and math). To demonstrate, if I need to learn about neurotransmitters, I would look at the word and go “Hm, neurotransmitters = neuron + transmission (?)” and then I would look up how neurons transmit whatever they do, which is, electric signals. Of course, I am assuming that the person who is asking this question knows how to read English and has gone through some basic science education.

As far as problem solving is concerned it only builds with practice. It was once suggested to me that I copy solutions to many problems of the same type so that I can at least imitate a correct solution. Again, not that it is an efficient way, but it only comes with seeing enough types of such problems being solved and knowing what goes in the thought process that enables such and such solutions.

Try to start slow and solve simple ones and move up to the harder ones. Confidence is the key.

Hope it helps u......
