How can I use JPMiles in Jet Airways?

A request for any type of change/cancellation to the award ticket booked will attract a service charge in the form of JPMiles. Such changes include date change, sector change, cancellation of award ticket, etc. For e.g. a member submits a request to change the date of his/her award travel for one person for one segment. The request will be processed and a service charge of 750 JPMiles will be debited from the member’s account towards this change. Please note that the service charges are applicable per passenger per change per sector. The charges are waived off for platinum members as long as the change is for the platinum member’s own travel. In case of platinum member redeeming on behalf of other members/non-members the applicable service charges will apply.
