Belonging to hindi medium you should first start taking small steps like - start readind the new words and make sure that you understands their meanings too. Because you must be having a lot of issue with the English as you were saying....
And then jump to the very next step like start reading simple and basic English Novels etc...
And then start reading English news, find new words.. try to spell them too...
And yes, if possible start conversating in english at home, among your friends...
