how can India improve and protect its environment

1.All industries small or big, must have water treatment plant. They must do it automatically.
2.All Residential Societies , Commercial establishments must do Water Harvesting.
3.Solar energy must be compulsory for all commercial establishments.
4.Both Centre and State Governments must have waste Management. They must be heavily penalized if not followed.
5.Recently, Isha Foundation had done some research and submitted papers to Government for plantation. Same must be implemented.
6.In our Schools, Colleges, we used to have once a while Social Service trips.we should have more often and they should be used for plantation.
7.I think supply of Gas connection by Centre Government is a good move as this will also reduce cutting of trees for cooking purpose. This should be given priority.
8. Senior Citizens should be used for visiting Rivers and submit report where all they see rules not followed for cleanliness.
9. Minimum Hygienic rules and regulations must be implemented for all Eateries in and around Religious places. This is a huge problem with North Indians. Need to learn from South Indians and Maharashtrians.
10. Very strict rules for construction in Hill areas.
11. Water Resources development and Management must be implemented on Emergency basis.
Our Prime Minister Ji has been talking about these issues and tried for foreign funding for these projects. But all Countries provide help keeping their own profits in mind. They are too selfish unlike India. We need to focus our own resources, cannot wait for them.
Need to involve all Religious Institutions irrespective of religions to fund for these projects. These people have too much money which is being wasted. I vaguely remember that a religious leader had left this world and there were several rooms. The Government opened 1st room and closed it immediately as there was so much money. These gurus like Asharam, Ram Rahim have so much money. There should be rules and they must contribute for such non profitable social services. Only then, things can happen.
