How can industries be classified on the basis of strength of labour?

industries are classified on the basis of strength of labour as
(1) large scale industries
(2) small scale industries
->*large scale industries* the industries in which more labour stregth is required
eg: steel industry, textile industry,etc......
->*small scale industry* the industries in which less labour stregth is required
eg:khandsari (sugar industry), other cottage Industries,etc...
