THE PH OF SOLUTION IS ADJUSTED TO 9.6 OR 5.97 BY ADDING GRADUALLY BASED OR ACID .AT PH 9.6 THE SOLUBILITY OF LYSINE IS MINIMUM HENCE PRECIPITATED
