Political Map

A map that shows how people have organized themselves into towns, cities, states, and countries



Physical Map

A physical map are used to show physical features and landforms and bodies of water. Colors, lines, and tints are used to show mountains, deserts, or lowlands.



Thematic Map

A map that gives general information about a typical theme or topic (population, vegetation, climate, etc...). Often uses colors, symbols, lines, or dots to give such information.

You can carry it easy and it is easier to look at.
