Hy friend, here's ur ans...
Matter can change its state by cooling or heating.
For example.
Ice into water by heating (melting/fusion)
Water into ice by cooling (solidification)
Water into Vapours by heating (evaporation)
Vapours into water by cooling (condensation)
Solid into gas by heating on extreme temperature (sublimation)
Gas into solid by cooling on extreme temperature (sublimation)

matter can change its state by heating or cooling . For example if we will take ice on heating it turns to water and further heating it turns to water vapour .
