How can nucleas be the largest organelle in a eukaryote because in the case of plant cells vacoules are largest...??

You are right, vacoules are the largestorganelles in plant cells but nucleus is not an organelle. It is the control centre of the cell. In most of the cells,esp.animal cells, it is the largest structure.
