how can our sacrifice reduce the suffering of others ?? kindly help this one​

• Mostly our sacrifice reduce the suffering of others however at adult age youth are fall in love easily.At first they feel it very happily.After some days it means during proposing if our sweet heart refused us then we will went into depression due to loving seriously. For giving happiness to our sweet heart sometimes we sacrifice to reduce the suffering of others.
