Lactic acid is a by product of exercising without using oxygen (anaerobially). It is essential this is removed but it is not necessarily a waste product. It is recycled into other useful chemicals

Let me give this a try;

  • Oxygen is a very important aspect to the life of any plants or the  humankind. and therefore it supply should be made constant.
  • The planting of many trees is one of the ways of curbing the oxygen deficit in our ecosystem,.
  • This is because during the day plants takes in carbon dioxide for photosynthesis and gives out oxygen for respiration.
  • This shows the role of trees in the supply of oxygen in our ecosystem.
