1)a law should be made by regulate the internal affairs of political parties
2) it should be made compulsory for political parties to maintain a register of its members.
3)it should be made mandatory for political parties to give minimum
number of tickets ;about 1/3rd to its women candidates.
4)there should be a quota of women in the decision make bodies of the party.
5)there should be state funding of election.

first a representative should be decided who can handle the party. to form party members of your society or anyone who wants to be the part of the group should be judged on the basis of field of knowledge in which he or she is good.
